One fixed price per session, all languages included. No subscription, no account.
Prices in euros, all taxes included. If we cannot find an interpreter for your language, you are fully refunded.

How quickly will the interpreter call me?
We start looking for an interpreter the moment your payment is confirmed and call you as quickly as possible. If you need the call at a specific time, write it in the comment field when you book.
How does the call work with the other person?
The interpreter calls you. You can put your phone on speaker so that you and the other person both hear the interpreter, or we can add the other person to a conference call if you give us their number.

Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payment is handled by Stripe, a certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
What happens if no interpreter is available?
If we cannot provide an interpreter for your language combination, we refund the full amount to your card.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. You receive a payment receipt by email. For a company invoice, write your company details in the comment field or send them to info@abc-office.eu.
